I just finished my final practical exam yesterday! YEEPIEEE! And here are some pictures of my buffet display :)

And gak kerasa udah lewat 1,5 years and cert IV patisserie gw berakhir. No more heboh2 masak lagi di kitchen and bawa pulang seabrek2 dessert ke rumah. 1,5 years yg lumayan penuh dengan drama di kitchen... apalagi pas ngeliat temen gw nangis pas whisk egg whites for macarons, it's just unforgettable! Hahahhaha! Tapi emang chef gw gak nyanteeee sih... Suruh bikin macarons without machine, hampir aja tangan gw berotot kae mas Ade Rai.
Anywayyy....Time goes so fast! And July ini gw udah start my diploma. A bit afraid yet nervous. Gw tetep ada practical class sih but gak masak lahhh yaa.. Pokoknya kita berkewajiban jadi bistro manager gitu and tiap gw liat kerjaannya pretty muchhh... C.H.A.O.S. Well, hope the best for my diplomaaa on July *finger crossed*
